PCC Allocations Office PCC Allocations is the nerve centre of company operations. Most calls to PCC are from either employers wanting to book staff, or staff wanting to update availability / accept shifts. A wide range of company activity is coordinated from the Allocations office, which is actively staffed from 0530 to 2230 hrs each day. Whilst individual phone numbers are available for each member of the PCC office team, (see Administration page) these people may also be accessed through the Allocations office on (03) 9459 9999 or via National (local call cost) number 1300 363 455. Bookings for staff are simple and straightforward. Requests may be made for specific staff and all bookings are followed up with prompt efficiency. Bulk or block (roster lines) bookings may be faxed directly to Allocations on (03) 9458 4788 |
